A quality service!
We hold the Special Quality Mark. The Specialist Quality Mark is a quality management system for legal aid providers, enabling them to demonstrate that they are well managed, provide good levels of client care and have systems in place to ensure delivery of good quality advice. It is a prerequisite for obtaining the Legal Aid Agency contract under which we deliver family legal aid services.
We have also been awarded membership of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme. This marks the firm out as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process and was achieved following rigorous assessment by the Law Society.
